This is an open-level class, welcoming all naked yogis. However, it is a great opportunity for beginners who want to take time to cultivate their yoga experience as well as seasoned practitioners who would like to fine-tune their asana practice, restore, and rejuvenate.

About the Event
This is an open-level class, welcoming all naked yogis. However, it is a great opportunity for beginners who want to take time to cultivate their yoga experience as well as seasoned practitioners who would like to fine-tune their asana practice, restore, and rejuvenate.
The pace of the class will be much slower and relaxed than my regular Sunday class. We will use many props in this class, including blankets, blocks, cushions, and towels. You will get to take time to embrace the joyous breathing and meditation, learn the basics of fundamental yoga poses through proper alignment assist, and connect with other naked yogis in partner and group practices.
We will also have more time to delve into restorative stretching and partner exercises.
